I normally take electrolyte tablets. All other electrolyte mixes just seem to salty and I'm not a fan of the taste. I do like to try new things on the market to give me possible alternatives and I can say this is amazing. I really enjoyed it and fell hydrated in this heat. Will be buying more in future.
