This hydration has been amazing for my kids, who are both soccer athletes. I am constantly nagging them to stay hydrated, but at the same time to avoid the sugar in the Energade and similar hydration drinks.

Kokee addresses both issues - they add Kokee into every water bottle they take with them for practice and games and drink a glass of water with Kokee in the morning. I'm much more comfortable that their electrolytes are being replenished then I was before we learned of Kokee. Thank you!

Kokee has been a game changer for me as I'm pretty active and don't drink enough water in winter. I also struggle from kidney stones and haven't had any issues since drinking Kokee once or twice a day. My diabetic wife also struggles with her body taking in the right nutrients that kleads to her feet swelling, she has also moved onto drinking Kokee twice a day to give her the electrolytes she needs. Highly recommend to anyone active or if you just don't comsume enough water through the day.

I have only ever tried the raspberry flavour but it is delicious and although you can taste the hint of saltiness, I am happy that there is no extra sugars etc as the ingredients are all healthy. What a win

Love the electrolyte mix! I use it on the mornings to help me with intermittent fasting. Definitely helps with hunger going away. I keep repurchasing it every time. Kokee is my favourite brand electrolytes.

I used Kokee this weekend. I took it the night before I road on Saturday. Bearing in mind that I have not ridden on the road for 8 weeks and road a 87 km ride. I didn’t get the usual cramps. I felt good throughout the ride and I use Kokee after the ride and I must say that I didn’t get the usual stiff and thick legs a few hours later. My wife did her first 10 km race using Kokee and she said that she felt tired afterwards but not sore at all and recovered nicely. She drank Kokee after her race and even after having to stand for a few hours after the race she was comfortable and recovered well.

I am based in the UK and first tried Kokee at the Cape Cycle Tour exhibition Iin March 2025. This surpasses other brands that I have tried in the UK as a performance hydration fluid - one thing I crave on long endurance rides is salt and Kokee certainly delivers on taste and performance with almost no cramps during a ride! I love the taste of the Strawberry Naartjie electrolytes. This is a product I take on a daily basis and love that it is adaptable to what you need on the day. I also love the packaging size - this would be perfect size to take for a multi-day hike or even keep in your handbag, it is so nice and compact. It is also good value for money.

Really light flavour (kind of like Game back in the day :)) and the ingredients are super healthy - hydration plus magnesium are SO important for kids.
